When working with a dental practice as a consultant, Sandy serves in an advisory role to you. Through in-depth evaluations, observations, and interviews, she uncovers the practice’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis). She then works with you to design an action plan to achieve your goals.

Once the game plan is set, Sandy puts on her coaching hat and jumps in to help your practice make positive change happen! In this coaching stage, Sandy provides hands-on team training, on-site or virtual, in-office continuing education seminars, and OSHA and HIPAA training sessions.
